Do I have to apply the personalized labels myself?
No, every Message ON a Bottle creation is packaged directly by us to ensure the best possible quality.

What are the delivery times?
The standard conditions involve order processing within 1 working day. This is followed by shipping times, usually 2 working days throughout Italy and 4 working days for international deliveries. In summary, personalized bottles usually arrive at their destination within 3 working days of the order in Italy and 5 working days abroad.

Are delivery times guaranteed?
Yes, except for delays due to exceptional causes or factors beyond our control (see terms and conditions). Message ON a Bottle entrusts every shipment to the most qualified national and international carriers for safe and fast deliveries. The journey of each package is tracked with a tracking system until it is received. Naturally, Message ON a Bottle is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to the unavailability of the recipient. In no case can personalized wine bottles be left at your door, even upon request, without your signature for acceptance due to legal liability regulations.

Can I only order the labels?
No, our labels can exclusively dress the products selected by us to ensure the high quality standards that Message ON a Bottle upholds.

What can I put on my personalized label?
We have hundreds of graphics available that you can customize with your own texts, designs, or photos, as long as they comply with legal provisions and our Communication Policy, as described in Article 8 of the General Sales Conditions. Message ON a Bottle reserves the right to reject labels that violate the law (for example, copyright, trademarks, etc.) or its Communication Policy, including inappropriate language, pornographic images, emblems or military symbols, etc.

I need to send a gift. Can I send the chosen bottle directly to the recipient's address?
Certainly. Just indicate the billing address and the destination address during checkout.

Is it possible to buy several personalized wine bottles and ship them to different addresses?
Yes, but you will need to complete a purchase procedure for each recipient.

How do you ship your wine?
Message ON a Bottle entrusts every shipment to the most qualified national and international carriers for safe and fast deliveries. The journey of each package is tracked with a tracking system until it is received. The packaging, made from recyclable materials with low environmental impact, is specially designed to protect the bottles during transport. Any accessories ordered along with the personalized wine bottles will be included in the same shipping package.

How do I receive the invoice?
Once the order is completed, you will receive an email containing the printable receipt. If you need an invoice, you can check the appropriate box and provide the tax details (VAT number and/or fiscal code).

Where do I find the wine characteristics on my personalized bottle?
Each personalized bottle comes with a back label, which includes the type of wine, the vintage, and all other mandatory data required by law.

How do I purchase a personal message that will be delivered with the bottle?
Immediately after creating your personalized bottle, you can purchase and customize the card that will contain your personal message. During the checkout phase, you can write the text in the appropriate field (Cart). Our graphic team will then create an elegant card that replicates the chosen label.
